I am very proud to head our dedicated team here at Boiron Canada in Saint-Bruno, as we celebrate this year, the 35th anniversary of our presence in Quebec. "Your health deserves the greatest respect" is not just our motto, it is at the core of our corporate DNA. It begins with the respect and commitment we hold for our employees, a highly multicultural workforce which is assuredly Boiron's strength.
In Canada, homeopathic medicines are regulated by Health Canada under the Natural Health Products Regulations (NHPR). Homeopathic medicines approved by Health Canada are assigned a DIN-HM number.
Canadian regulations overseeing natural health products are seen as a model throughout the world and we conform to each step along our products lifecycle. We are proud to offer high-quality homeopathic medicines that respect best manufacturing processes.

A diverse and respected team
Boiron employs people across Canada representing cultural and gender diversity that is an important part of our corporate fabric: our employees are originally from 15 different countries; 85% of our workforce is comprised of women; 80% in managerial positions. We regularly promote wellness days throughout the year and strive for work-family balance. Our Green Committee, for example, is making its possible to set up measures to lessen our impact on the environment by subsidizing electric vehicles purchases by employees and using eco-driendly technologies in our laboratory. We work to continue to raise awareness and change our habits to make them more sustainable for our planet.
